I like to make screening easy and to give plenty of options.  Usually any two of the following will work, three almost certainly will.

 

A LinkedIn profile that includes a photo and a selfie.

 

Organizational email? I have a second email account with no connection to the hobby for a discrete and brief exchange.

 

I could discretely call and ask for you at your desk through the automated attendant, dial by name system or receptionist.  Even if you're not there, if your voicemail is accessible remotely, I could call and leave a message for you to retrieve.

 

Maybe there is a mention of you or a photo of you on an organization  or company website someplace.

 

Is there an article written by you or about you that would also lead to a photo.

Screening through P411, RS-AVS , Private Delights, TNA and Avenue X will also usually work. The caveat being that you must be reasonably active, your account must reflect okays and/or vouches, and that for some boards my membership is still pending so it might not be as simple as just sending me a PM.  Yes gentlemen, "new" really does mean new.

 

References from at least two or more established companions who you've met before.

Drivers license (with your address redacted) and a selfie. 

 

Personal social media might work as one item.  But I absolutely have to see it before I can say for certain.
